Allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed, before shipping. Orders will be processed and shipped from Monday to Friday between 9am and 3pm EST. If any item ordered is out of stock or no longer available, you will be contacted promptly, and offered a refund or other option.
We will notify you when your order is ready for shipping, at which point estimated shipping times apply. Shipping and estimated delivery times will vary with the shipping method chosen by the customer at checkout, and do not include order processing times.
During the holiday period, anticipate possible delays in online tracking information and shipping times. Order value of $75.00 and higher, before taxes: FREE shipping in Canada to most areas, by Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Free shipping not available to northern, remote or difficult to access areas.
Orders value up to $74.99, before taxes: Variable rates. Customer will have choice of shipping options, and shipping rate will be calculated during checkout, using Canada Post real-time shipping calculations.
Shipping Methods & Tracking
We ship by Canada Post. We are in the process of expanding our shipping selection to include other carriers.
Note that delivery time, and options such as delivery guarantee dates, tracking, and signature confirmation depend on shipping method selected by the customer during checkout.
We recommend Expedited Parcel for Canadian orders, and Tracked Packet for US Orders , because these services are both economical and trackable.
For faster delivery,choose Xpresspost or Priority. The rates will be higher for these.

Shipping to remote, northern, and difficult to access areas: We will contact you to discuss shipping options once order is placed. Feel free to contact us ahead of time to inquire about shipping options and price ranges for your area.
Once your order has been shipped, tracking is provided by Canada Post. Please note that the Small Packet Air - USA option does not offer tracking. The shipping service provider is responsible for ensuring that your package is delivered to its destination. However, if you have any questions or concerns about delivery after your order after it has been shipped, contact us any time at email@example.com
Inventory & Stock Availability
All items online are also sold in store at our Wellness Shop, 380 Bank Street, Ottawa, ON, Canada. The online product selection is currently much smaller than what we have available in-store/
Due to the fact that online inventory does not update in real-time, items available to order online may occasionally be out of stock. If you wish to verify whether an item is in stock before placing your order, please call our Wellness Shop at 613-232-4087 ext. 2 to speak to one of our store staff OR email firstname.lastname@example.org.
We only process online orders through our webstore interface. We are not able to process and ship orders by telephone. However, if you have any questions about the online ordering system, or wish to verify a product, please 613-232-4087 ext. 305 to reach the online shop office.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly take back any unopened items that are sealed and in original condition and packaging. These may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase, at customer’s expense. An administration fee of CDN $3.00 for Canada and $5.00 for any other country will be applicable to any refunded items. We will always ensure that your items leave our shop in good condition. Please report items that arrive in damaged or defective condition to the Herb & Spice Online Store (email@example.com) immediately. Proof that product is damaged may be required. We will offer a refund or exchange, at our discretion. Please report items found to be defective after opening to Herb & Spice Online Store within 24 hours (firstname.lastname@example.org). Refund or exchange will be offered, at our discretion, as stipulated by the Sugar Ridge Inc O/A Herb & Spice Online Store policies. Items indicated as FINAL SALE will not be eligible for a refund.
